You can use whatever accounting system you wish to run your business but the only system that we integrate with is Quickbooks online.
So if you choose to use anything else you will have to manually enter the data into it. Can it be done, yes of course it can be done but it is a time suck and entering anything manually nearly always results in mistakes.
With QB online version starting at $10 a month it really is worth looking into it.
